Sodium Sulphate Anhydrous SSA detailed features as below: Characteristic 1. White fine crystal & powder with hygroscopicity. When exposed to air, it will absorb water. 2. Easy to dissolve in water, and the solution is neutral. Also dissolve in glycerol, but not in alcohol. 3. Anhydrous Sodium Sulphate of high purity and fine particles is known as Yuanming Powder. 4. Sodium Sulphate can form Na2SO4 • 7 H2O and Na2SO4 • 10 H2O. Na2SO4 • 7 H2O is white rhombic crystal which will become Anhydrous Sodium Sulphate when heated to 24.4 °C. 5. Sodium Sulphate can be reverted to its origin state when reacted with Carbon under high temperature. Application 1. Synthesize detergent used as filler. 2. Used in producing some chemical products such as sulfureted sodium and sodium silicate, in the manufacturing of sulphate pulp in paper industry, replace soda ash in glass industry, and filler in dye industry. 3.
