1.Be widely used for sanitary napkins and paper diapers structural adhesive in low temperature. 2.Physical Characteristics: Appearance: Buff Block Elastomer Ingredients: Synthetic Rubber and Synthetic Resin Solid Content: 100% Solid 3.Viscosity(190oC): 400±100CPS (180oC): 600±100CPS (170oC): 800±100CPS 4.Peel Strength(kg/2.5mm@25oC): ≥5 5.Softening Point: about 75oC±3 6.Toxicity: All ingredients are non-toxic and in accordance with Rule 21CFR175 of FDA 7.Granularity: 300 Meshes 8.Polluting: None 9.Suggested Usage: Put the adhesive to the adhesive melting pool of Sanitary Napkin machine. When the temperature increases to 120 140oC and the adhesive is totally melted, it's ready to use. This Adhesive is still of viscosity after several uses. 10. The Period of Validity: Two years(Indoor light and <40oC) 11.Others: Please make sure working clothes and sheltering glasses are worn to avoid scald when working around the adhesive machine. Please make sure that indoor air is unimpeded and forbid fire when using the adhesive. The adhesive temperature should be under 200oCso as to reduce the risk of combustible volatiles.
