Configuration Main structure: Mainframe (fan mechanism, egg-turning mechanism, air cooling mechanism, humidifying mechanism, damper mechanism), box part (top panel, side panel, rear panel, door panel and connecting modules), control cabinet (main control board, power supply board, relay board and strong electric control board, etc), incubator or hatching trolleys (including egg trays, hatching baskets). Functions system: fan disturbing system, heating system, humidifying system, egg-turning system, air cooling system, damper system, control system, can additionally equip with water heating (water cooling system) and group control system if necessary. Working conditions 1. Environment temperature:20 –27 DEGREE(optimum) 2. Environment humidity: 50 -70%RH 3. Power supply source:Three-phase, 50Hz (normal), 60Hz (special), 4. Water supply pressure: 3-5KgF/cm2 5. Requirements for hatching hall: for ground work: Flatness (with 10m2 ) below 5mm; should be drainage ditch serve as discharging drainage when washing; for height of hatching hall: above 4.5; with good ventilation & air exchange measures. Exhaust gases discharged by incubatory equipment discharge through pipes to the outdoors, discharging to the inside hatching hall directly is prohibited.
