Sheet metal part

This is an assembled sheet metal part used as the landing gate of the hoist.It is madeby tubes, hot roll steel and aluminium plate with the surfacetreatment of hot dip galvanizing. We make the whole assembly and testing job,including the fitting of couplers,wire and switch.The whole part involves the processes oftube bending,laser cutting,bending,welding,assembling and testing. We can make the similar parts according to thecustomer's disign.
