We have designed and manufactured series of self-propelled workover rigs independently based on advanced technology domestically and abroad, and adopting the Caterpillar diesel engine and Allison transmission box as the main power. The diesel engine and the Allison transmission box may respectively drive the works on the rig and off the rig, hence the power can be saved correspondingly. Our workover rigs adopts the imported hydraulic and pneumatic components in order to make the operation safely and performance reliably. We also set up different kinds of safety devices, which conform to the HSE safety manufacture specification. This series of rigs can be used in the fields of medium-depth well overhaul operation, well testing, throwing and pulling, pump inspection, while the derrick floor and relevant adjuncts can be used in major repair and side tracking operation. The Main technical characteristics: The design, production and manufacture of this series of rigs conform to the technical specifications like API Spec 7k, 8C and 4F etc.The structure of the whole rig is reasonably compact, highly containerized, and very space saving.The heavy-duty and self-propelled chassis of 8×6,10×8,12×8,14×8, and adopting the hydraulic steering system, which ensure the rigs better accessibility and cross-country capability.Caterpillar diesel engine and Allison hyraulic transmission box are reasonably matched, so as to ensure the high driving efficiency and working reliability. Winch and rotary table could adopt the electrical driving.The main brake could use strap brake or tray brake, assist brake could use pneumatic water-cooling tray brake, hydrodynamic brake or electromagnetic whirlpool brake.The gear box of the rotary table can realize forward and reverse gear, meet the reqirements of different drilling rod and rotating work. The reactive torque releasing gear guarantees the safe release of the deformation energy of the drilling rod.The derrick is front open, double-section type with an inclination angle, or erective double-section type that can be raised up and laid down and retractable hyraulically.The derrick floor is in twin-body retractable structure or parallelogram structure, which makes it convenient for installation and transportation, its demension and height can be designed according to the user's requirements.Perfect local control, well control, high-pressure manifold system and supporting facilities like generator room, pump room and doghouse can meet the different requirements from the customers.Under the guidance of the design consept “People Foremost”, we always emphasize the safety inspection and detection measures in order to meet the requirements of HSE.
