Self-cleaning filter ( Auto-sucking)

Self-cleaningfilter Brief BTDX filter can filtrate suspended matters in all medium and high viscosity liquid. It adopts back flush and electric brush blow fall technologies, filtrating and discharging simultaneously. It can widely used in petroleum, steel, chemical, machinery, pharmacy, electron, agricultural spray irrigation, municipal construction, minerals, wastewater treatment, etc. Principle When water flowing into the filter, firstly large particles are filtrated by primary strainer, and then gathered in inner of fine strainer. When differential pressure formed in inside and outside of the fine strainer up to 0.05MPa, controller will start electric machine to drive suck scanner to filtrate sewage on the strainer. Meanwhile, open blowoff valve to discharge the sewage. This equipment can back wash timed or by differential pressure, adopting PLC self-controller. And it can wash by hand or wash continuously. When goes wrong, it will sound a warning or do some corresponding measures.
