Special fans for low temperature: Equipped with axial fans whose air box is made of stainless steel and blades are made of aluminum. The shell of motor is hot dip galvanized. Totally enclosed low-temperature moisture-proofed and water-proofed motor (reach IP56) is efficient, energy-saving and reliable. 4. Longitudinal blowing, smooth circular wind channel which ensure foods to be frozen quickly and homogeneously. 5. Mesh belt: made of long-range elasticity stainless steel wares. The surface is flat and neat, and it is powerful enough in load bearing. The speed of mesh belt can be adjusted by converter steplessly. 6. Sensible drainage design: The water plate is located at the bottom of cabinet, whose features are welded completely, never penetrate and leak, smooth corner, no sanitation dead angle, slope to waterspout, easy to be cleaned. 7.
