They are suitable for center air condition system of tall buildings. They have many merits, such as low noise, long service life, saving energy efficiently etc. The pump can bear the pressure of 1.6Mpa. This is according with the standard of JB/T53062-93. 1.The pumps inlet and outlet are in the top of the pump to keep with the demands that the air condition pump room of the tall building is designed in the bottom. The pipeline system is concise and explicit. It need no outside winding pipes and can save the cost of installation. Also it cut down the area of the land and the space. The pipeline system can be dismantled and repaired conveniently without any hoisting equipment. 2.The pump adopts 4 poles motor with the speed of 1450r/min , SKF completely sealed bearing, mechanical seal with sclerotic alloy and much spring and stainless steel shaft. It reduces noise greatly and extends use life. 3.New ideas are brought forth in the designed of the structure. The inlet channel is in a novel style. The diameters of inlet and outlet have been designed to extend in order to control the speed of inlet and outlet. Thus no spreading taper pipe need to use. The installations systematic efficiency can be raised one or two percent. SBS series pump is up inlet and up outlet single stage double suction centrifugal pump. The pump is axial symmetric structure, It can be assembled or dismantled in the axial direction. Without dismounting the parts which link up the pump and the pipeline, the parts can be repaired or changed. The pumps driving power is supplied directly by the motor through elastic equalizing pillar pin coupling.
