(b) Three team members: one is responsible for putting the sawdust into the Automatic Twist Spool. One is responsible for looking out the fire. The other is responsible for tidying up the finished sawdust sticks and store them in the storehouse. (2) Workers of kiln workshop: (a) One team leader, who is responsible for firing and arranging for the routine production work of the team. (b) Three team members who are responsible for putting the sawdust sticks into kilns before firing and taking the sawdust charcoals out of kilns after carbonization. Besides, they also need to help select the charcoal and do the packing job in their spare time. (c) One member who specialize in selecting the charcoal and do the packing.
