Moreover, we add a wedging-ring in the machine,which also helps to increase the density of wood sticks.3,Wood sticks is easy for carrying and piling.We have also designed trolleys to help load the sticks.4.Generally,oil seal is put inside the machines and oil seal is outside.When the oil seal goes wrong,we need to open the whole machine to change it.Now we have changed their positions and the process become easier.5.The molding machine can be linked to the drier to form an automatic line.This is from our design and with patent rights.It can save labour cost. Besides making good-quality charcoal,our whole set of charcoal machines is designed for recycing.Whilemaking charcoal,you can gather the smoke and turn it into many byproducts like imflammable gas,wood tar,wood vinegar, or use the imlammable gas to generate electricity for your own use,with no emission into the air.
