Salt-bath Furnace

Salt-bath Furnace use for heat treatment of metal parts, quenching,annealing ,tempering and aging in salt solution. Structure Instruction: The salt-bath furnaceconsists ofshell,lining,stainless steel crucible,electric heating elements and automatic temperature control cabinet. 1.The shell is steel welded and the lining is energy-saving ultra-lightweight high-strength brick piled.Mezzanine is filled with Aluminosilicate fiber to keep insulation. 2.The crucible is stainless steel welded and checked by X-ray. 3.The electric heating elements made by spiral high temperature resistance wire named 0Cr25AI5 type,uniformly placed around lining. 4.The crucible has the water pipes fixed on beside to make the salt solution temperature uniformly. 5.Thesalt solutioncouldkeep temperature uniformity by automatic temperature control cabinet and water pipes.
