Description Construction: Three-layer system First layer: Liquid epoxy, solvent-free two-component Second layer: High shear strength copolymer adhesive Third layer: Radiation cross-linked, high density polyethylene with or without fibre re-inforced composite structure Additional component: Wear Cone as extra protection against pull-through forces, of the same construction as the main sleeve. The RSCY system provides effective protection against abrasion and wear forces that occur during the pull-through operation. The system is fully compatible with cathodic protection systems, resists cathodic disbondment and is designed for a wide range of operating temperatures. 2.
