I. We adopt new air-draining spinning frames. Compared with the air-drafting type, the draining type has the following advantages: 1. In addition, the cup of the air-drafting always deposit dust and thus impair the quality of yarns. 2. With a high efficiency of filtering the dross, the spinning frame can process the raw stripes with 2% of dross 3. It widens the range of processed yarns. 4. The yarn breakage rate of the air-drawing frame is lower than that of the air-drifting frame and raw materials with lower quality can be fully used too. 5. The air-drawing frame can ensure the transfer of fibers. It is unnecessary to speed up the carding rollers. In this way, it reduces power consumption. 6. It helps to reduce the bearing pressure by 15-30%. Reduction of bearing temperature helps to prolong its service time and further to increase the rotating rate while reducing the power consumption by the cup. 7. Using the same raw material, the air-drawing spinning frame can increase its rotating rate by 10000 to 20000 compared with air-drafting frame. In this way, it can produce yarns of the same good quality. II. The highest rotating rate can reach 90,000. 1. It adopts imported high-speed bearing. This bearing is reliable and it has long lifetime. 2. The high speed of cup guarantees high quality of the yarns. III. It adopts half-automatic piecing technique. 1. The end-piecing technique applied with the cup at a high rotating speed ensures high efficiency and flawless end piecing. 2. With just a minute of training, the operator will be capable of piecing the ends comparable with the standard of the automatic cup-winding frame. 3. The joint intensity of the processed yarns is no less than 60% of the ordinary yarns and will not influence the following process. IV. Tangential belts, major bearings and carding rollers use imported parts.
