Dry red wine of 99999 Rose Honey: Carefully picked up material, traditional fermentation process, handpicked 3-5% out of all same level original wine to oak barrels for 6-9 months ageing process, bottled and saved for a period of time. This wine is dark ruby red. First smell is the passionate floral nectar as though it’s coming from tropical forests. Drink it: Mouth-filling, creamy, smooth, full bodied, depth, natural bouquet, long aftertaste. Material: Rose Honey, grape species, is coming from Occident. Supposedly, Rose Honey was introduced to Yunnan by a French missionary at the end of 19 century and during over 100 years optimized and developed, which is one of the major grape species growing in HongHe dry valley in nowadays.
