RFID laundry tag spefication: This kind of RFID tag are especially designed for the laundry circumstance for its resisting in hight temperature!They are a kind of RFID products encapsulated by nylon fiber with 2 cast molding process. Firstly, we made a RFID transponder in special size by COB and copper coil, by high temperature glue, solidified in roaster about 200 Celsius degree. After place the RFID transponder in the base housing done in first injection, by over mold the nylon is injected second time and envelope the RFID parts and base housing together, integrate to be a finished laundry tag. It is looks like a real button or nail, with to tiny hole which is easy to be sewed, and could be any color as request.
