The vacuuming section is a linear moving section with fast return, speed controlled by frequency variation, and 28 carts established. The jacking and translating structural form is applied to vacuuming at entrance and exit. The main vacuuming segment moves synchronously with the differential speed bedplate segment in the middle section. The internal line is a fast return line of bedplates.
