Two grease collection cups,one small triangular cup is installed under protected metal meshes,the otherbig rectangular one is locatedat the bottom of inner pan.Two cups gurantee the grease filtered is exhausted thoroughly. Safety screw design make bottom pan easier to remove and protect users from danger. If it is not tightened,unit won't be turned on.The unit will work unless safety screw located in the center of bottom pan is tightened. .
