Quartz crucibles We manufacture the high purity fused quartz crucibles for the solar grade mono-crystalline silicon application which are used in the first manufacturing step for traditional solar cell. (A silicon mono-crystalline is drawn from a 1400°C silicon melt into a quartz glass crucible) Our quartz crucibles are available in a range of standard sizes from 8 to 24 inches in diameter.We can also produce special types according to custom-made drawing and technical data.There is no minimum order request and prices can drop on larger quantity orders. Protective coating layer (silicon crystallization) on the surface of quartz crucible as custom-made term. Bubble-free inner layer crucibles are available for the most demanding applications.
