ZDF series impurity separator Application ZDF series impurity separator combines the function of paper defibering and impurities separating. Connected with a pulper for high or low consistency, continuously or batch-wise, Impurity separator is used for separating the light and heavy impurities, and defibering the stock from the hydrapulper. Structure feature Zdf series impurity separator consists of steel housing, horizontal defibering impeller, drive, inlet and outlet piping, etc. The stock from the hydrapulper enters into the impurity separator tangentially. With the weir inside the Separator, the heavy impurity settles down to the bottom, and the stock and lightweight impurities enter the circulation zone. The stock is suctioned axially, thrown out from the periphery of the impeller with high-speed to form strong turbulence circulation. with the stock inner friction, the impeller is pumping function and the friction between the impeller and the screen plate, accepts pass through the screen holes and the lightweight impurities discharge at the lightweight-impurities-outlet tangentially. With adjusting the weir and the clearance between the impeller and the screen plate, the quality and throughput of the stock can be controlled. Impurity separator works together with the pulper, separating the light and heavy impurities of the wastepaper stock, increasing the production of the pulper. Coarse screening the wastepaper stock efficiently, simplifying the process, less power requirement.
