PU Foam: PU foam is a kind of one-component, multipurpose polyurethane foams, which is solidified by the moisture in the air. It is a component of white materials, black materials, and gas into a pressurized canister, showing quick-curing after sprayed and excellent adhesion to most substrates. Features: Thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, water-proof, anti-freezing, anti-vibration and compression, flame resistance (anti-flaming PU Foam) and etc. It is widely used in filling constructional door window gap, dilatation joint, holes etc. Surface drying time: 10 min. Hard drying time: 4-6 h (in summer) About 24 h (in winter) Range of temperature resistance of cured foam is from -10oC to 80 oC. Packing: Aerosol Can: 750 ml, 600 ml, 500 ml G. W.: 900g, 800g, 750g, 600g, 500g, 300g Quality Evaluation: The top grade should be characteristic of 1. high foaming expansion ratio, 2. quick curing, 3. small and uniform foams, 4. good hardness and springiness after curing FAQ: 1. valve bonding: the valve is too tight or adhesive solidified on the can to 2. shrink: door or window's deformation due to surface shrink after 2-3 days, 3. no foams: no foams after spraying due to overmuch white materials or unevenly shake before applied 4. big foams: excessive black materials
