PU-50 Double-component adhesive

PU-50 Double-component type Polyurethane Adhesive1. Range of application Pu-50 double-component type polyurethane adhesive has been extensively used as an adhesive between foam plastics and metal materials such as iron, aluminum and stainless steel, or both of materials of concrete, wood, hard PVC, ceramics and hard foam material. Furthermore it is superior in performance in sealed requirement for its non-shrinkage. 2. Physical & Chemical Properties 1)Appearance Component A: white viscous fluid Component B: dark brown liquid 2)Viscosity(25°C) component A:≤10000cps component B: ≤250cps 3)Quantity of solids≥95 4)Adhesion strength≥10Mpa 5)Component A : component B=2:1 3. Usage Methods (1) Remove oil, dust, rust staining and water. (2) Make sure that the mixture weight ratio of component A and component B is 2:1. Then pour the mixture onto the cohered surface and stir it evenly with a scraper. Finally spread the glue with the sawtooth scraper (tooth height: 2mm, pitch: 2mm) according to the applied quantity of 180g/m². (3) When glue spread on, cover adhering material with a pressing machine by raising pressure to above 0.5kg/cm². (4) Remove the pressing machine after solidification process. 4. Caution Set time of the glue can be adjusted from fifteen minutes to eight hours only when the cohered materials are kept pressing during one quarter of set time .User should make sure that the operation time between spreading processes and raising press is in fifteen minutes for getting set time of one hour.
