PU-201 Adhesive

PU-201 Polyurethane AdhesivePU-201 Polyurethane Adhesive, with its rapid solidifying velocity, high adhesion strength, low viscosity, insolubility and infusibility and resistance to low or high temperature, has advantages of application on mechanical pipelining. Therefore it is widely used as an adhesive between composite boards such as steel plate and polystyrene foam or rock wool. Usage Methods (1) Remove oil, dust on the cohered surface. (2) Spread the adhesive on the cohered surface by use of curtain coating. (3) Spray water on the cohered surface and then cover adhering material on it together with raising pressure for solidification. (4) Solidification process can be operated under high temperature (reference data:80°C/5min). 3. Caution (1) The barrel with spare adhesive should be filled with nitrogen gas and sealed to guard against upper solidification of adhesive. (2) Tools should be washed with ethyl acetate solvent. (3) In case adhesive be splashed into eyes, please immediately wash eyes with water. 4. Storage and Package Storage: six months in sealed barrel Package: 25kg/per plastic barrel 200kg/ per iron barrel
