PT100 temperature sensor

PT100 RTD RTD element ISO9001/ISO14001/CE Thermocouple&RTD PT100 element is mainly made of Pt or Cu. Filaments are evenly double-warpped in insulting ceramicskeleton. t is called ceramic element. It has the advantage of fine high-temperature stability. But because of high manual manufacture cost, it always gets weak resistance value. In morden timeshare , the production process of new RTD element is as follows: firstly produce Pt paste, adopt sensitived lithographic printing technology , adhere Ptv layer to ceramic substrate to form Pt.film, within 2um film thickness ,plus lead wire, go through laser engraving and trimming resistor, finally put protection glaze. Such production methodis called film resistance element. It has weak stability when the temperature is above 500C.
