PSA Oxygen Generator INTRODUCTION This PSA oxygengenerator is mainly composed of blower,vacuum pumps, switch over valves, adsorption columns, and oxygen surge tank, etc. After being removed of dust particles by the inlet filter, the feed air is boosted to 30 50Kpa through the Roots blower and then enters into the adsorption column, in which the moisture,CO2 and other gas are adsorbed by the oxide aluminium adsorbent and then the nitrogen is adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve. The oxygen (including argon) is discharged from the upper outlet of the adsorber and sent to the oxygen surge tank.When the adsorbent is saturated, the vacuum pulling will be done by the switch over valve and the vaccum pump. The adsorbed moisure,CO2 ,nitrogen and other impurities are pulled out and discharged into the air and the adsorbent is regenerated. TECHNICAL DATA Flow Rate: 1Nm³/h 3000Nm³/h Purity: 28% 95% Working Pressure: 0.7Mpa FEATURES 1) With unique process and adsorber structure, this oxygen plant has high production and recovery efficiency and it saves energy. 2) The air flows from up to down with velocity control, the molecular sieves are compactly filled in a special vibration bed in a snowstorm style filling way.The molecular sieves work in static state to avoid pulverization,and there is no need to add the adsorbent. 3) The air preprocessing system is equiped with removing devices for moisture,oil, dust as well as the pressure stablizer. Clean feed air ensures the life of use and the adsorption efficiency. 4) With modularized design and PLC control, the plant operates automatically and safely. The maintenance is also easy. 5) Both inner and outter surface of the pressurized parts are rust removed with blasting and degreased, which prolongs the life of use for the pneumatic parts.
