High sensitive emulsion which evenly coats on the substrate combined with vacuum assist layer ensures flexible plate making, full screen dots and good re-production, which will provide you with perfect printing work. Plate copying condition: 3000W iodine-gallium lamp Distance light & plate: 1 meter Exposure time:45-60S Processing instruction: Plate copying: Take the above conditions as reference of plate-copying time and conditions. The plate-copying time changes with plate-copying conditions. Copying-down standard: Please use UGRA step-wedge to control it within rank 2-3. Development: Put one bag(500g) of our developer powder into 5litre warm water, and make it into concentrated solution.When you use the concentrated solution, you may dilute it into water by 1:5. Thus you may get perfect developer solution. Development temperature :23±2 Development time :20-30 seconds Remark: Dissolve concentrated solution completely with warm water.
