PP/PE Woven Fabric Machine is developed continuously by ourselves, based on our production experience of more than twenty years. It is characterized by advanced technique, reliable quality, easy to operate, and high automation, which is used widely in the industries of chemical, petrochemical, cement, metallurgy and mining, for packaging, storage and transportation of many kinds of materials. The line uses PP or PE as raw material, through the flow-casting coating and lamination technology, achieving single-sided / double-sided coating or paper-plastic lamination with substrates (plastic woven fabric), to produce coated or laminated products. The line is equipped with advanced electrical and mechanical devices throughout the whole production flow from substrate unwinding, lamination to winding, to achieve single control and group control. The dual-station unwinder uses EPC for automatic guiding control of substrates, and brakes for surface tension control of substrates, achieving pneumatic splicing and non-stop roll changing. The laminator is equipped with preheating roll for preheating and drying of substrates. Laminating roll, silicon rubber roll and press roll are of dual-interlayer forced water cooling structure, with good cooling effect. The dual-station winder adopts constant-tension surface friction winding, pneumatic transverse cutting, roll changing without shutdown, and equipped with adjustable edge-trimming device, edge-strip blowing device, and length counting device. Features: 1. The extruder adopts two-layer construction, with long useful life and good stability. The computer-simulation designed runner is characterized by large extrusion capacity, good plasticization effect, and low energy consumption. The die is convenient for adjustment, and uniform film flowing. The width at both sides of the die is manually adjusted. 2. The laminator adopts a new three-roll construction, which is characterized by uniform pressing, easy to operate, safety and reliability. 3. The winder adopts swing-roll automatic tension control and press-arm horizontally pushing, to achieve straight winding and smooth surface. (An automatic roll unloading device is optional.) 4. Equipped with a turn bar system, to accomplish double-sided coating for tubular fabrics in one process. 5. About coating and lamination with substrates for jumbo sacks, a leveling and braking device shall be equipped, to guarantee the fabric surface shall be level before coating. 6. The line can be equipped with HMI and PLC, to achieve automation functions such as program linkage adjustment, failure interlock, etc. 7. The lamination speed can be up to 200m/min, as per the customers' requirements.
