Portal Cranes

Portal Cranes are designed fabricated and installed with international criteria and standard, and they are widely used for handling bulk material and general cargo. Hoisting, luffing and slewing mechanisms can be operated separately or jointly With the advantages of large radius and high speed. The jib system of double link with a lower long rod has been developed by Portal Cranes so that horizontal movement of two pulleys during luffing and high handling efficiency can be achieved. Portal Crane luffing mechianism has eddy-current regulator or brake so that it can be operated reliably. Portal Crane employs big standard bearings or wheel-rotary columns for rotation. Portal Crane cab is of panoramic-view type. All controls are arranged to meet the needs of ergonomics. Anti-wind rail clamp and various safety devices (Electical and Mechanical security devices) are arranged and provided by Portal Cranes for all mechanisms.
