Fin press line GC fin lines for the punching of air conditioner fins is an ideal facilities for producing fins of evaporator and condenser. When it is collocated with corresponding fin dies, it can finish following action of uncoil, feed, oil filter, punch, suck and collect, automatically and continuously to get good fins. The complete line is controlled by PLC. Fin form and other variable parameters can be input through machine-human interface.
