Plant Direct PCR kit

BioTeke's Plant Direct PCR Kit is designed to amplify DNA directly from plant leave/tissues. The kit does not require liquid nitrogen, grinding pestle, and steel beads, even without any special equipment. It includes PCR Mix containing stain. PCR products can be loaded directly for electrophoresis. It’s fast and convenient. Just cut the plant leaves and put 2 pieces of 0.5-0.7 cm into the solution L, incubate at 95 °C for 10 minutes, and then add an equal volume of solution I, then extract can be directly used for PCR.
