It has two models: “Stone -Stone(PL)” and “Stone-Steel(PLST)”.The“Stone -Stone(PL)”can be used in processing hard materials? and the percentage of sand productivity is about 30%;the“Stone-Steel(PLST)”can be used in processing the materials with medium and high degree of hardness and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40-70%.FeaturesIt’s has the unique design of rotor and crushing chamber, high throughput capacity and sand productivity. The self impact of material and material as well as material deposit mechanism reduce the contact between material and material, which extend the service life of wear parts and reduce the iron pollution of products. It’s has smart structure and easy operation and maintenance. “Stone -Stone” and “Stone-Steel” two types of chamber can be transformed mutually.Operating principleStone beat stone:The material falls vertically and uniformly from the top of the machine. Some of them enter into the revolving impeller at high speed by the distributor and feed pipe, and are shot out from the discharge outlet of impeller by the action of the high-speed centrifugal force. Then at high speed they are smashed with another part of the materials that have been distributed around impeller by the distributor with umbrella distributaries. After smashing each other the materials shall form whirlpool and impact many times caused by striking and attrition in the impeller and crushing chamber.Stone beat Iron:The material falls vertically and uniformly from the top of the machine and enters into the revolving impeller at high speed by the feed pipe. Then they are shot out from the discharge outlets of impeller by the action of the high-speed centrifugal force, and at high speed strike and crush with adjustable reaction plate or reaction rod in the crushing chamber.ApplicationThe machine can be widely used in the rough grinding and fine crushing various metallurgic residues and in the fields of metal and the nonmetallic ore, cement, refractory, abradant, raw glass material, building aggregate, and sand-making, especially for the materials with medium and high degree of hardness as well as hard abrasive materials such as al like silicon carbide,carborundum, aluminum vanadium sinter, magnesite and so on.
