Phos-Copper brazing alloys are easy-flow, low cost ones and shows perfect performance in contact brazing, oxy-acetylene brazing, induction brazing and furance brazing. The joint strength is higher and the conductivity is better. A flux is required while brazing brass to brass. Phos-Copper-Silver brazing alloys have good wettability, higher strength and toughness of brazing seam and lower melting point. The heating speed should be as quick as possible while brazing. The joint is to be bright grey and will return to the original color of bronze while dipped into 10% sulphuric acid.
