1) Product application: Phenolic film is a resin impregnated paper overlay designed to improve the surface characterization of wood based panels used for applications such as concrete shuttering, transportation, building construction and furniture industries. The overlay is a self-bonding sheet that cures under heat and pressure. It is suitable for hardwoods or, with an MDO cushion sheet, for softwood plywood. 2) Product specification Color: Dark brown, black Grammage: 65/160g/m2 Width: 1235mm, 1240mm, 1250mm, 1265mm, 1270mm Length: 800m. Packing: Roll form. 3)Storage condition: We recommend to keep the product under the temperature of 25 degree centigrade and moisture under 55%. For the not wholly used roll, pls use plastic film to wrap the balance roll and keep it under same storage condition, and use the balance qty in a short period. Pls keep this product in vertical storage, and avoid direct sunlight, do not place heavy cargo on its top. Under this storage condition, the life time for this product can reach 6 months. 4)Hot press condition: Temperature: 130-140 degree centigrade Pressure: 14-18kg/cm2 Timing: 5-6 minutes If you have any problem in pressing, you can contact us freely and we will find the solution in production.
