The main charcteristic of the 3type phenolic resin as follow: 1. common type appearance: flake, color: opaque,slight cream softeningpoint:89-95°c gathering speed:35-45 s water:≤2.5% free phenol:≤5.6% 2. modified phenolic resin by cashew shell oil appearance: color:rosin or dark brown softeningpoint:88-92°c gathering speed:39-42 s water:≤2.5% free phenol:≤5.6% 3.high-performance resin appearance: color:transpanent or translucent softeningpoint:82-95°c gathering speed:about 40s water:≤1.6% free phenol:≤5% We can adjust the above resin is gathering speed to 30s according different requirements.The softening point can be to 82°c.The lower of softening point,the longer of flow and curing time.
