The preheat feeding device is installed on the top of the main machine, which can extract most of the moist in the wood powder, make a better feeding, with excellent melting effect. The optimized screw design results in a small shear, which makes it hard to cut the wood fiber, therefore, enables a stable dwell time of the material in the machine. The screw and barrel were under of bimetal treatment, so they have the advantages of corrosion-resistance and wear-resistance, long service life. This production line is able to produce PE, PP or PVC with Wood profile products. The WPC profile is a new type environment friendly product; because it uses plastic and waste wood fiber powder as the raw material, add certain proportions of auxiliary additives, foamed agent.
