The reversal calling signal will be responded after the elevator changes the travel direction. Full load without stop When the car load reaches the full load set value. It enters into the full load by-bass condition. The elevator will no longer respond to any hoist-way calling and will directly respond to the car command in order to straightly reach the designated floor. Attendant operation The automatic elevator travel can be converted into driver travel according to the specific needs. The elevator will be controlled by the elevator driver who determines the travel direction, door shut running and stop floor command. The hoist –way calling signal will be automatically responded in the same way of the elevator travel direction. Non-stop operation When the driver travels the elevator, press bypass button, the elevator will only respond the car command. It will not respond any hoist-way calling signals. Parallel connection control When any outer calling signal comes, two elevators can respond the signal at the same time. One of the elevator will be chosen to enhance travel efficiency according to them most optimized and energy-saving principles. Automatic gate closing After the elevator automatically travels to the landing, the car door opens. It shuts after certain period of time-delay. Operation condition display The electronic panel connects with elevator control system through special components. It is used to display the elevator running information. Security protection functions Top car and machine room inspection The car top and machine room set inspection operation switch, inspection up/down button, emergency stop device. car top inspection is prior to machine room inspection. When inspection begins, apart from responding the related inspection, the car is forbidden to respond any other operations. Fault diagnosis When there is something wrong with the elevator travel, the trouble will be automatically diagnosed and trouble information is shown. Automatic stop with fault When accident happens in the mid of the normal elevator travel , with certain safety conditions, the car automatically creeps to the traveling position and opens the door. No start with overload When the car load capacity exceed the allowable condition, overload buzzer rings to give warning,. At this time, overload is shown, the car does not shut the door and elevator does not start. Operation times display For the convenience of repair and maintenance, a counter is placed in the elevator control cabinet to count the total elevator travel times. 2D optical curtain door protector Door optical curtain protection system forms an invisible optical curtain protection safety net in the elevator door. If after five repeated door open/shut, the door shut signal still can not be detected, the elevator automatically enters into the protection condition and waits repair.
