YC-8430 is hydrophobic emulsion with ultra-small particle size, and capable of ambient self-cross linking. It is designed to applied in transparency sealers,outstanding durability coating on wood, masonry, and cement. It can also be used for floor coating or carpark floor coating.This polymer has outstanding chemical, hot tire pickup and blush resistance. YC-8430 offers outstanding water and blush resistance. The ultra-small particle size allows the latex to penetrate substrate surface, imparting excellent sealing properties. Gaining from the property of ambient-cured self-cross linking, this product has excellent inherent chemical and block resistance. YS-8430 offers the formulator wide formulating latitude, requiring minimum quantities of additive ingredients for outstanding water resistance.
