Fittings: Nut, Steel sleeve, Seal ring 3.Production process Injection→Welding→Vacuum→Hot embossing(press nut in)→Press the steel sleeve in after cooling down→Seal ring assembly→Airtight test→Final detection 4. Test methods: -Appearance -Dimension inspection -Burst pressure test -Airtight test -Pull-out strength of nut -Torque of nut -Cavity cleanliness 5. This products have excellent elaster and force 6. We can make the plastic parts including the final assembly according to customersdrawingsor samples. 7.
