Oxytetracycline 10% Injection

Composition:Each ml contains: Oxytetracycline 100mg.Indication:A bacterioustatic against both gram positive and gram negative organisms and against mycoplasmosis.Precaution:Do not inject more than 10ml at one site in large animals and 5 ml in sheep and goat.Dosage:For intramuscular or subcutaneous or (slow) intravenous administration.Cattle, camel: 0.1 ml per kg bodyweight.Sheep, goat, calf, swine, foal: 0.1 0.2 ml per kg bodyweight.Once daily. These doses may be repeated during 4-5 days (if necessary).Side effect:After intramuscular administration local reaction can occur, which disappear in a few days. Discoloration of teeth in young animals.Withdrawal Time:Meat:14 weeksMilk:7 daysStorage:Storage in a cool, dry, and dark place.Keep out of reach of children.
