Oxygen Plant

Feature of process: The process of this plant is that the air is purified by molecular sieve ; recycle nitrogen compressor and medium pressure nitrogen turbo expander with booster are used ; the expanded nitrogen returns to the recycle compressor for circulation ; the structural packing is used in the upper column; internal compression of oxygen is fulfilled by the pump and the argon is recovered by full rectification . Feature of product : 1. It is up-to-date International technics flow and reasonable equipment schemes , having the virtues as low working pressure simple operation , less maintenance fee and good long contiuous running performance . 2. It is under DCS controlling system , and measurement , regulation , alarming ,control and inter-lock will be carried out in the central controlling room . It will also be installed in advanced controlling system according to end users requirement .
