Can be printed on surface directly by digital printing machine or solvent printer; 2. Please don’t use indoor printing machine and waterborne ink to do printing work; 3. Please use Solvent PVC ink, can achieve great reflection effect after common solvent PVC ink printing, if you adopt fine ink to do a printing, it can enhance the effect of reflection; 4. Please adjust the height of jet head according to different thickness of the material (0.40-0.90mm); 5. If you will use the printing machine with heater equipped, do set lower heat temperature and quantity of ink to avoid air bubble happening, although air bubble doesn’t affect reflection and picture appearance.·Silk Screen Printing 1. Suitable for silk screen printing; 2. Please use PVC transparent ink to keep reflection effect.·Joint1. The surface should be evenness and clean when jointing.2. Suit to join by machine and to envelop by high frequency machine.3. The setting way is same as traditional printing fabric.·Storage1.Roll and store it with reflective layer facing inwards to maintain retro-reflective performance. 2.Do not place uncoated Reflective Flex in humid or wet conditions as it will adversely affect the retro-reflective performance. 3.Avoid high temperatures over 60°C as this may lead to warping and a reduction in retro-reflective performance.
