It is made from Ostrich feather fibres with some natural peacock hear feather. The natural color of the herl is an iridescent green and gold and the fibers are very thin. We hand sewn onto a satin ribbon.The effect becomes a fringe of feathers. This is perfect for sewing onto hems when the effect you wish to achieve is for a long, flat feather look. We can also dye the Ostrich feathersas per your requests.
