Existing in various types, fracturing backflow wastewater has complicated composition and high viscosity. Therefore,treating fracturing backflow wastewater is always difficult, costly and ineffective, To solve this problem ,we put forward the following process: fracturing backflow wastewater degrades in the tank→processed by the electrocoagulation machine→SSF wastewater purification. Trial run at Daqing has proved that this process is relatively simple, low cost and effective. It provides a new solution for fracturing backflow wastewater treatment. Hydrolysis Acidification When the pool’s temperature reaches 20 30 °c , hydrolysis acidification-SBR-contact oxidation bacteria will multiply. These bacteria can decompose organic materials, make oil and oil emulsification layer "ablate". Hydrolysis acidification-SBR-contact oxidation bacteria use H+ and OH–, which are ionized from H2O, to hydrolyze long chain molecules of polymers into short chain molecules, straight chain molecules into branched chain molecules, molecules with ring structure into straight or branched chain molecules. Electrocoagulation Treatment The anode is dissolved under the action of DC, resulting in cations, which develop into a variety of hydroxy complex,multi-core hydroxy complex, as well as hydroxides, after a series of hydrolysis, polymerization and ferrous oxidation. As a result,colloidal impurities and suspended impurities in wastewater condense, precipitate and separate. At the same time, part of the charges of the particles swimming in the field of pollutants are neutralized by electrodes, which causes the particles to unstabilize. When the wastewater is treated by electrocoagulation, not only colloidal impurities and suspended impurities in wastewater are condensed and precipitated, various pollutants may also be removed due to the oxidation of anode and reduction of cathode.
