Oil Press

Our newly developed oil-press MG20 is suitable for almost all kinds of seeds which contain oil. Canola, sunflower seeds, all types of nuts, sesame, peanuts, cotton-seed, and much more other materials can be pressed easily. The speed of the screw can be adjusted individually from 15 to 75 rpm. The infinitely variable gearbox effects that force remains constant, even at low speed of rotation. The specially constructed hopper has multiple functions. It can be used to heat up or even to dry the seeds.Therefore, with this press, cold pressed and hot pressed oils can be produced.The temperature control-system is equipped with a digital display device. The nominal, respectively actual temperature can be adjusted according to the material use. The temperature regulation between 20 and 150 degrees can be adjusted infinitely. If hot pressing is applied, a final oil content of 5% in the cake can be achieved when seeds contain 40 % of oil. Cold pressing procedure achieves rest oil content in the cake of 8 to 10 % by an oil content of 40% in the seeds. The seed quality processed lies in the middle of about 20 kg per hour, with higher speeds up to 50 kg, at lower speed at 10 kg per hour. The oilseed processing requires a lot of experience. Especially screw speed; temperature and humidity of the seeds give the user the possibility to find out by different setting parameters to get optimum results. For this reason we offer various screw dimensions, such as:10 mm radius, 14 mm radius, 16 mm radius, 18 mm radius and 20 mm radius. Accessories for inserts of various pellet sizes of cake are available in the following dimensions:5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm. Screw, press chamber, press plate and pellet outlet are made of steel 1.2080/CR 12. All parts after the manufacturing process will be polished and surface harden to 55 HRC to provide long durability of fast moving parts. The hopper is made of cast aluminium with stainless steel inside.
