Oil extraction plant design and engineering

The whole process of extraction includes: 1 Extraction By sealed scraper conveyor, prepress cakes are send to the extractor. From feed-in to feed-out, cakes pass a cycle. After immersion by miscella with different concentrations, cakes are sprayed by fresh solvent. Then cakes are drained and turn to be wetmeals. The miscella are deliveried to liquid-cyclone to remove the impurities. The cleaned miscella are sent into the miscella tank, then go to1# evaporator. 2 meal desolventizing Wetmeals are deliveried into the pre-solvent remove stage of the solventizer-toaster. They are heated by indirect steam of the bottom to remove parts of solvent. After pre-solvent remove, wetmeals are sented to toast solvent remove stage and heated by direct steam to remove the rest of solvent. Then wetmeals are dried and cooled, then deliveried to the storage. 3 Miscella condense Miscella are heated by 1# evaporator and 2# evaporator. Parts of solvent are removed. Miscella then flow into the stripping column to remove the rest of the solvent by direct steam. Crude oil are sented to crude oil tand then deliveried to oil refining plant. 4 Solvent recircle. The solvent is recircled and return to the extractor. By our technology, The solvent lossis very low.
