Products in Grade AA or A will almost not be pulled apart by human hand. 4, Shelf-life: Will not to solidify in a sealed condition. And under the same conditions, shelf-life will be longer than that of the silicone sealant in the current market. At present, the shelf-life we committed is 18 months. If this new silicone sealant is out of date, it will never be cured. Instructions: For best result,apply the sealant between +5 and +40.Surfaces must be clean, dry,oil and frost free.The joint width must be min 5mm and max 30mm.The sealant must be tooled immediately after the application before a skin forms.Excess uncured sealant may be cleaned with solvent.Cured sealant can be reomved barely mechanically. Notes: A) Leave thickness for gasket when reassembling.Don't over-tighten the bolts. B) Use with adequate ventilation. C) Replace the cap after use. D) If inhaled in over a prolonged period or in large volumes,the application must take place in a well-ventilated room.Prolonged contact with uncured sealant must be avoided.
