Multi-stage Classifier Operating principle: Classifier, together with cyclone separator, dedusting filter and radial fan, forms a system of classification. Under the lashing force of radial fan, feed materials are brought with uprising air stream into classifying cavity from feed inlet of classifier. Under strong centrifugal forces of high-speed rotating turbo wheels, coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine materials in line with size requirements go into cyclone separator or dedusting filter through clearances among vanes of classifying wheels, while coarse materials, together with some fine materials, lose speed after bumping against wall and fall to secondary draught. During strong washing of the secondary drought, coarse and fine materials are separated once again. Fine materials go up to classifying cavity to be classified continuously, while coarse materials fall down to discharging outlet and let out. Performances and features -Suitable to produce powder product within one section. -Coal dusts powder, construction materials, metallurgy, non-minerals and fire-proof materials. --The max throughput is 30t/h. -Product fineness D97: 6μ-45μ, classifying rate >70%. -Vertical classifying turbo-wheel, low rotating speed, wear -resistance and low installed power. -To be equipped with ball mill and others with large throughput to form closed or open circuit and produce particles with narrow size of distribution. -Programmable control system and simple operation.
