Each FRH is individually packaged in a sturdy, leak-proof polybag which serves as the heating container for the MRE. Simply open the top of the FRH polybag sleeve, add plain water to the "Fill Line", and fold the bag in half. Place the heater next to the MRE food portion, and slide both back into the MRE box.
