MOULD TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER&PLASTIC MACHINE SPECIAL FEATURE: It is applicable to the production of high quality plastic articles, especially applicable to the materials with higher forming temperature and poor flowability, such as nylon, non-breakable plastics, or acrylic plastics etc. It adopts PID for automatic calculation and the temperature required for the moulds may be accurately stabilized. Time and power consumption may be saved by over 30% due to its shorter temperature rise time, two-section construction, power consumption regulated as per the desired temperature, and its heating structure of special design. It is provided with complete safety system, and it is equipped with auto alarm system for auto circuit cutoff in case of non water, non oil, abnormal temperature, or overload of pump so as to ensure the safety. Its hopper is fabricated with anti-corrosion stainless steel sheet. It is equipped with WALRUS pump imported from Japan or Yuansung pump made in Taiwan, with lower noise, long service life, and free of water/oil leakage.
