And the tolerance is ±5 °C. 5.3.2 Please refer to the annex 1 for current& temperature curve( only for reference) 5.4 Dielectric strength 5.4.1 Dielectric Strength between Contacts Each device will withstand a nominal 50Hz,660 VAC for 1 minute during open status with no arc, and a current leakage less than 1mA between leads (or terminals). 5.4.2 Dielectric Strength across Insulation Each device will withstand a nominal 50Hz, 1500 VAC for 1 minute with no arc, and a current leakage less than 1mA between lead (or terminal) and sleeve. 5.5 Insulation Resistance The resistance between the leads(terminals) and insulation sleeve is >100 Mohm with 500 VDC. 5.6 Stress Conditioning Specification 5.6.1 service life With the rated voltage & current combination, and 0.7 power factor, after operating 2000 cycles, standard temperature vibration should be within ±5 or ±5% (maximum) of its initial value and there will be no electrical malfunction, mechanical damage or undue burning, pitting or welding of the contacts.. Another 4000 cycles will follow and the thermal protector is expected to work well.
