1. Belt Conveyor It mainly consists of frame rack, belt, roller, tensioner, transmission part. The frame rack is made of steel, and the belt is made of cotton or nylon as the ore. It has the advantages of big conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient repair and standard parts. It is widely used in such industries as mine, metallurgy and coal, to convey loose materials and finished products. Techinical Parameter 2.Jaw Crusher The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when jaw moves. So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle and moving jaw decresases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod nad spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet. Technical Parameter 3. Ball Mill Ball mill is an efficient machine for fine powder grinding and key equipment for grinding after the crushing process. There are two ways of ball mill grinding: the dry way and the wet way. It is used to grind many kinds of mineral ores and other materials, or to select mine. Ball mill is also widely used in the manufacturing industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics and can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grindable materials. Ball mill machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part(reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). Technical Parameter 4.Classifier Our classifiers hold high weir type, immersed single and double spiral. The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. The machine’s lifting equipment can be classified as manually or electronically. This machine is wifely used in the distribution of ore in closed-circuit with ball mill in mining processing, in order to get a certain degree of ore particles, meanwhile increasing the efficiency of grinding. It can slaso be used to wash sand, classify ore sand and paly other functions. Different grains have different specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid. This product allows the fine ore to flow in the water, while coarse ore sinks to the bottom. This classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. Technical Parameter 5.Swaying Feeder (Pendulum Type Feeder) This Feeder is used in the feeding of ball mill. It is installed at the discharging section under the hopper. It can evenly feed incoming materials into ball mill. It is used in areas of dressing, chemistry, cement, building materials, and ore and rock of medium degree of hardness. It is suitable for concentrating coal chemical industry and other departments. It can supply the materials to various set of accepting the material from the store chute by the filter. The pendulum type feeder is not suitable for delivering the dry power of the too big material or otherwise. It may appear the fly-ash pollution or the jam of the output. Technical Parameter 6.Blender for Ore Exploiting (Agitation Tank) The rotating of the impeller is driven by the v-belt of the motor. And then it blends the drugs and slurry evenly. It is a necessary equipment in respect of increasing the medicine effect time and strengthening the medicine quality. It applies to beneficiation industry, and every chemical industry. For all kinds of metal ore, this machine is mainly used for mixing before flotation circuit, so that it can mix the medicine and slurry fully. And it can also be used for mixing other non-metallic minerals. It is suitable for slurry with density of no more than 30%(by weight), and the size of the fixed component of the slurry particale less than 1 mm. It has a cylindrical radial circulation mechanical blending form with the spiral impeller and flat bottom. Technical Parameter 7. Flotation Machine (Flotation Cell) This Flotation machine is used for seperating ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can also be used for seperating non-metals like coal and fluorite. The impeller of the the principal axis rotates by the driven of electric motor through the v-belt and then produces centrifugal function resulting in negative pressure. On one hand, in intakes enough air to mix with slurry. On the other hand, it mixes slurry and medicine, fine the foam in order that the mineral can stick on the foam, and then it turns into mineral foam after floating on the slurry.
